What we collect
When you apply, we save your email, the name and shop link you choose to provide, your design description, Fusion setup and contact consent. Please don’t include confidential designs or sensitive personal information.
How it is used
Formorder’s founder, Jacob Gadek, uses these details to review pilot applications and contact suitable applicants by email. Applying does not start a paid subscription or grant workspace access. We don’t sell your details or add you to a newsletter.
Storage and retention
Records are stored using the OpenAI Sites hosting platform and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Application records are kept for up to 180 days, with expired records removed when the form or inbox is next used. A short-lived, hashed network identifier helps limit automated submissions; the application does not store your raw IP address. Hosting providers may keep their own operational logs.
Your choices
Use this form to request access, correction or removal. We may verify ownership of the email address before changing records. If you receive a pilot email, you can also reply to it to ask us to stop contacting you.
Visiting the demonstration
The demo and signup work without an account. Google ad measurement loads only if you choose Allow measurement. It uses cookies and sends Google information such as the page visited, browser and network details, advertising click identifiers, and a random reference when a new pilot application is saved. We don’t send your email, name, shop link, design description or Fusion setup to Google. Personalized advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled. Declining measurement does not affect the demo or your application. Change or withdraw your choice using Cookie choices on public pages. Your choice is stored on this browser for up to 180 days; Google handles measurement data under its own policies. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
